We are taking Bids in all trades and all bidders are to use Bid Forms provided below. The work will be governed by AIA A201-1997 General Conditions and OSHA guidelines.

Project is expected to break ground the first week of October 2021. Framing is expected to be completed before the end of November 2021. An onsite meeting for all trades will be held on site for the scheduling of all trades by mid November. All contractors are expected to have a representative attend this meeting.

All contractors are expected to begin and complete their work within an allotted negotiated time. Scheduling adjustments will be made for all unforeseen and unpreventable delays. All contractors will receive a copy of production schedule and updated scheduling via e-mail and will be posted on this page.
